Who We Are
A professional forum dedicated to the development of construction law and international best practice in Ukraine.
Society of Construction Law Ukraine was established by leading professionals in the fields of construction law, engineering, infrastructure and dispute resolution to promote education, study and research in construction law and related disciplines.
As the Ukrainian member of the Society of Construction Law International and the European Society of Construction Law, the Society provides an independent forum for professional dialogue, knowledge sharing and the exchange of international best practices.
Recognising the unprecedented scale of Ukraine’s reconstruction, SCL Ukraine aims to contribute to the development of the legal and professional framework supporting the successful delivery of construction, infrastructure and energy projects.

To promote the education, study and development of construction law and to support the advancement of international best practices for the benefit of Ukraine’s reconstruction and long-term infrastructure development.

- Publish and disseminate knowledge, research and practical guidance relating to construction law and project delivery.
- Foster cooperation with national and international organisations pursuing similar objectives.
- Support the exchange of international experience and best practices relevant to Ukraine’s reconstruction and infrastructure development.
- Provide an independent platform for collaboration among professionals involved in major construction and infrastructure projects.
- Encourage the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and innovation within the construction industry.
